Information we collect
An account uses email, name and authentication data. Adult applications add participation route, locality, interests and contribution. Programme/event participation and assigned work are recorded where needed. Do not submit Aadhaar, caste, bank credentials or minors’ personal records.
Purpose & access
Information supports participation, membership review, safe organisation, accountability and communication you initiate. Permissions depend on responsibility; profiles are private. Public biographies/photos require separate authorised publication and consent.
Hosting & cookies
Vercel hosts the site; Supabase is the intended authentication, database and private-storage provider. Essential authentication cookies maintain sign-in. No advertising tracker or analytics service is included. YouTube connects only after you choose to load a video; Facebook and other external links open their own sites and privacy policies. Browser storage is not a shared database.
Retention & requests
The committee must adopt a record-retention schedule and qualified data-protection review. Request a correction, account closure or withdrawal by email. Financial/legal records may require lawful retention; do not assume deletion is automatic. No self-service hard deletion is provided.
Youth & safeguarding
Self-service accounts and applications are for adults. Youth participation needs a separate guardian-led process, minimum information and an adopted safeguarding policy before collection. No child profiles are public.

Current stage: unregistered community initiative. Legal registration, entity banking, tax recognition, gateways and future institutions require separate verified readiness.
