How accounts, tiers and responsibilities work
How the member space works

Participation with clear responsibilities.

Confirmed account

Adult account, email confirmation and your own private profile.

Community member

After admission: shared learning, member events and relevant working material.

Active / lifetime tiers

Additional selected material and activities, when authorised under adopted rules.

Assigned responsibility

Work progress belongs to its assignee; editing and approvals require a separate officer role.

Proposed operational tiers; criteria, fees, benefits, term and voting rights need formal adoption. No membership fee is collected online. A tier does not grant administrative powers, property rights, tax deductions or credit.

Shared criteria

  • Respect the Sanatani cultural purpose and the dignity of others.
  • Work across caste and sect divisions; avoid harassment, intimidation or discrimination.
  • Follow defined work, lawful conduct, safeguarding and financial controls.
  • Adults apply for themselves; minors use a separate guardian-led process.

Participation & benefits

Fees, voting, office-holding, categories and disciplinary appeals must be adopted through proper rules; a website account does not confer membership or tax benefits.

Membership applications collect minimal information. Please do not upload identity cards, children’s records or bank documents to a membership form. Read the privacy notice

Membership: expectations and benefits

Who can join?

Adults who support the cultural, learning and seva objects, respectful conduct and recorded responsibilities can apply. Founders are recorded, and applications are independently reviewed.

What do members receive?

Selected learning resources, permitted calendars, participation and allocated work. Higher tiers are adopted access decisions, not automatic governance, tax, payment or lending benefits.

How do children take part?

Public learning needs no account. A confirmed adult guardian privately submits minimal youth participation, followed by independent review. Do not submit child IDs, addresses or images.

Are fees fixed?

Dues, legal membership categories and voting rights have not been adopted. Record these through the chosen governing rules before making promises.

Current stage: unregistered community initiative. Legal registration, entity banking, tax recognition, gateways and future institutions require separate verified readiness.
